Our President, Elissa Dowdy, visits each new client and responds to phone calls, so you will always have a top-level contact who cares about you. Cleaned To Perfection has expanded to a roster of 120 accounts, but done so in a measure manner that ensures adequate, competent staff to handle the work. We see our trained, motivated staff as a treasure, both for you and for our organization. In a business in which all cleaning services may not be equal, Cleaned to Perfection is proud of our uncommonly high level of repeat and referral clients.
Elissa Rand, a marketing professional and entrepreneur, started in 2002 with the realization that not all cleaning services were equal and that there was a need for professional, consistently reliable and high quality home care.
